If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning merchandise. Please carefully review sizing charts on merchandise to avoid returns due to sizing issues.
Please submit return requests via email to: email@example.com. Your return request will be reviewed and an email response will be sent to you containing a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions. After receiving the RAN, pack your items and write your RAN on the outside of the package.
Please include the following in the return package:
- Items you are returning
- Copy of original packing slip
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the above instructions for a return, then you will need to go back to papilife.com and place a new order.
Credits on Returns:
You will receive an email confirming your request. The 'pending' status will change once we receive your items and the refund process has been completed. Once we receive your return shipment, please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
